Customize dashboard layout
A user customizes their dashboard by adding, removing, rearranging, and resizing widgets.
When this happens: You click Customize or the edit/gear icon on the dashboard.
Step by step
- 1
Click Customize Dashboard.
Dashboard enters edit mode: widgets become draggable, resize handles appear, Add Widget and Reset to Default buttons visible.
- 2
Rearranges widgets by dragging them to new positions.
- 3
Resizes a widget: drag handle to Small (1/4), Medium (1/2), or Large (full width).
- 4
Click Add Widget — Widget Library opens showing categories: Sales, Marketing, Support, Activity, General.
- 5
Select a widget (e.g. Win Rate) and adds it.
- 6
Click the gear icon on a widget — configures widget-specific settings (e.g. Date range, metric type).
- 7
Remove an unwanted widget (click X).
- 8
Click Done or Save.
EasyCRM saves the layout to user preferences. Layout persists across sessions.
