A user connects their corporate email (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365) to the CRM via OAuth 2.0 to enable email sync and send-from-CRM.
Email sync and auto-link
The system periodically syncs email from the your connected account and automatically links emails to CRM records (Contacts, Leads, Opportunities) by matching email addresses.
Calendar sync
A user connects their calendar (Google/Outlook), enabling two-way sync of CRM meetings and external calendar events.
Click-to-call
A user initiates a phone call directly from a CRM record via an integrated telephony provider. Call metadata is automatically logged as a CRM activity.
Stripe payment webhooks
The system receives Stripe webhook events to automatically record payments against CRM invoices and create payment links from invoices.
Configure outbound webhooks
An administrator configures outbound webhooks so that the CRM pushes real-time event notifications to external systems when specified events occur.
