Contacts & Companies

Track the people and organizations you do business with.

Create company

An authorized user creates a new Company record, with optional duplicate detection warnings.

Create contact

An authorized user creates a new Contact linked to an existing Company.

Detect and merge duplicate contacts

System identifies potential duplicate Contacts. An authorized you review and merges them, keeping a primary record and consolidating all related entities.

Detect and merge duplicate companies

Two Company records are merged into one, consolidating all contacts, opportunities, tickets, and activities.

Import contacts or companies via CSV

An authorized you upload a CSV file to create or update multiple Contact or Company records using a guided field mapping wizard.

Export list view data
