Good to know
- Conversion is atomic — all or nothing.
- Lead Company Name is free text; actual Company record is created/linked during conversion.
- Activities are transferred from the Lead to both the new Contact and Opportunity.
- Archived leads remain queryable for reporting but do not appear in active views.
- Only "Qualified" leads can be converted (Admin override available).
