Manage notification preferences

A user customizes which notification channels (Email, SMS, Push) they receive for each event type. In-App is always on.

When this happens: You go to Settings — Notifications.

Step by step

    Go to Settings — Notification Preferences.

    EasyCRM shows preference matrix: rows = event types (grouped by category: Sales, Support, Tasks, System), columns = channels (In-App [locked on], Email [toggle], SMS [toggle], Push [toggle]).

    Unchecks Email for Task Due Today.

  3. 3

    Enables SMS for Quote Approval Needed.

  4. 4

    Click Save.

    EasyCRM saves preferences. Confirmation: Notification preferences updated Future notifications for this user respect the new preferences.

Other paths

Reset to defaults

Click Reset to Defaults EasyCRM restores the system default preferences for all event types.

Admin override active

For certain events (e.g. Security Alert, System Maintenance), the Admin has set channels as Always On These channels appear locked/greyed out in the your preference UI. Tooltip: This channel is required by your administrator

If something goes wrong

Sms not available

SMS provider not configured by Admin. SMS column hidden or disabled with note: SMS notifications are not available. Contact your administrator

Good to know

  • In-App channel cannot be disabled by users.
  • Admin-enforced channels cannot be toggled off by users.
  • SMS requires a verified phone number on the your profile.
