Quick-log from entity detail page
User uses quick-action buttons on entity detail pages to log activities with pre-populated context.
When this happens: You click Log Call, Send Email, Create Task, or Add Note button on an entity page.
Step by step

On a Contact detail page, clicks Log Call.
EasyCRM opens the Call activity form with: - Subject pre-filled: Call with [Contact Name] - Linked Entity: Contact pre-selected. - If Contact has active Opportunities: both Contact and most recent Opportunity pre-linked. - Date/Time: now.

Fill in call notes, direction, duration. Clicks Save.
EasyCRM creates the activity. Both linked entities' timelines updated.
Other paths
Quick-log from opportunity
Click Log Call from Opportunity detail. Pre-links both the Opportunity and its primary Contact. Subject: Call with [Contact Name] — [Opportunity Name]
Quick-create task
Click Create Task from any entity detail page. Task form with entity pre-linked, Due Date defaulting to tomorrow.
