Execute drip sequence
Marketing User creates a drip sequence with automated steps (emails, waits, field updates), enrolls contacts, and the system executes it.
When this happens: You click New Drip Sequence or a trigger event occurs (lead created, form submitted, etc.).
Step by step
- 1
Click New Drip Sequence.
EasyCRM shows builder: Name (required), Linked Campaign (optional), Trigger (dropdown: Lead Created, Tag Applied, Form Submitted, Manual Add, Lifecycle Stage Changed), Entry Criteria (optional segment filter), Exit Criteria (optional).
- 2
Select a trigger (e.g. Form Submitted on a specific landing page).
- 3
Add steps in sequence: Step 1: Send Email — selects Welcome Email template. Step 2: Wait — 3 days. Step 3: Send Email — selects Follow-up Email template. Step 4: Wait — 5 days. Step 5: Update Field — Lead Status = Contacted Step 6: Assign to User — Sales Rep team queue.
- 4

- 5

If something goes wrong
