Send and track quote
Sales user sends a Draft Quote to the customer, then records the customer's acceptance or rejection.
When this happens: You click Send Quote on a Draft Quote.
Step by step

Click Send Quote on a Draft Quote.
EasyCRM generates a Quote PDF (or simply marks as Sent — actual email/PDF is optional). EasyCRM updates Quote status to Sent Quote history log: Quote sent by [User] on [date].

Tracks customer response externally. When the customer responds:.

Customer accepted — clicks Mark as Accepted.

Customer rejected — clicks Mark as Rejected.

If something goes wrong
Send expired quote
Quote's Valid Until date has passed. Send button is disabled. EasyCRM shows: This quote has expired. Please create a new quote
Good to know
- "Accept" and "Reject" are manual actions recorded by the sales user.
- Expired quotes cannot be accepted or sent.
- When a new Quote is created, previous Draft/Sent quotes auto-expire.
- Accepted Quote allows conversion to Invoice.
